These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and basa13 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the basa13 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

basa13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform. Your continued use of basa13 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you are accessing basa13 on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by doing so, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use basa13. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. basa13 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the required age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits may be returned at basa13's discretion.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering on basa13, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and the mobile wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on basa13 at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. basa13 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

basa13 is designed for use by players in Bangladesh. Access from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law is not permitted. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. basa13 accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a restricted territory.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you personally. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact basa13 support immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

basa13 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). basa13 does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers to international accounts, or cryptocurrency at this time.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change and will be clearly displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. basa13 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a per-account basis where risk assessment or account verification requirements dictate.

3.3 Player-Owned Wallets Only

All deposits must originate from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party wallets will be voided and returned where possible, and the associated basa13 account will be subject to review. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to the same wallet used for the most recent deposit, or a verified wallet registered to your account.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the basa13 finance team. Standard processing times are within 24 hours of request submission, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. basa13 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered a review flag.

3.5 Incomplete Wagering Requirements

Where a player has accepted a bonus with attached wagering requirements, withdrawal requests submitted before those requirements have been fulfilled may result in the forfeit of the bonus amount. The original deposit component will remain withdrawable in accordance with standard terms. Players are advised to review the specific bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by basa13 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms provide an overarching framework, but the terms of each specific promotion take precedence over this section where there is a conflict.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses awarded by basa13 are typically subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

basa13 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts; using low-risk or mathematically hedged betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; and sharing or transferring bonus funds between accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, basa13 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

4.4 Promotional Eligibility

basa13 promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Promotions targeting new players are available to first-time registrants only. basa13 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where account activity suggests ineligibility or abuse of the promotional offer.

4.5 Changes and Withdrawal of Promotions

basa13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the terms in effect at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that player's bonus balance.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

basa13 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error may be voided by basa13, and stakes will be returned.

5.2 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable pricing mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as erroneous. This includes prices that are significantly outside the expected market range, inverted odds, and system-generated pricing errors. basa13 is not liable to honour bets accepted under manifest error conditions.

5.3 Cricket and Live Betting

basa13 offers cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series featuring Bangladesh. Live in-play betting is available on selected matches. Odds are subject to change during live events. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movement during the event.

5.4 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided by basa13 in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment or postponement beyond a specified period; technical failures that prevent normal event completion; and confirmed match-fixing or integrity breaches as notified by relevant sporting bodies. In all voided cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.5 Responsible Betting Limits

Players may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased within the cooling-off period specified at the time of setting.

6.1 basa13's Right to Suspend

basa13 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without advance notice where it reasonably suspects: fraudulent activity; breach of these Terms; use of the platform by an underage individual; money laundering or financial crime; or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

6.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account may do so at any time by contacting basa13 support via the email address on this site. Upon closure, any remaining balance net of pending wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified wallet within a reasonable processing period. Self-exclusion requests will be honoured immediately and the account will be locked from all access.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. basa13 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the account dashboard. Players will be notified by the registered contact number before any inactivity fee is applied.

All content on the basa13 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of basa13 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any basa13 content without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the platform for any purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

basa13 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basa13 shall not be liable for: any loss of funds resulting from a player's own betting decisions; interruptions to service caused by factors outside our direct control including internet service provider failures, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by basa13's own negligence, nor any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

basa13 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using basa13, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

basa13 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to payment processors, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory bodies where required for the operation of the platform or by applicable law.
